Job summary

Accurate Background in Thane is seeking a motivated delivery operations professional to continuously improve delivery performance and mentor a growth-minded team. You will lead daily huddles, drive productivity and quality, and implement new solutions.

As part of the Operations team, you will conduct audits, provide performance feedback, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to keep searches healthy and aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities
