Job summary

Accurate Background is seeking a results-driven team leader to enhance delivery processes and drive performance across a dynamic operations team in Thane. The role emphasizes coaching, feedback, and proactive issue resolution to maintain high productivity and quality standards.

You will conduct daily huddles, foster individual development, and implement new solutions while auditing and refining current methods.
