• 10+ years of experience in HR operations.
• Hands-on onboarding and background verification experience.
• Experience with exit clearance and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong HR reporting, MIS and data management skills.
• Maintaining HR databases and system updates.
• Knowledge of HR audits, compliance and documentation.
• Payroll inputs handling and coordination.
• Hands-on Workday experience (mandatory).
