• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of solar plant electrical systems.
• Ensure proper cable, inverter, and transformer checks before energization and support grid synchronization.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical execution activities for Solar EPC projects at the Thennambatti, Tamil Nadu location. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems including PV modules, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and associated equipment.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, site coordination abilities, and leadership skills to ensure project execution is completed safely, efficiently, and within project timelines. The Electrical Supervisor will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and smooth project operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in solar or industrial electrical projects, hands‑on exposure to electrical systems and commissioning activities, and a good understanding of safety procedures, electrical standards, and site management practices.
