Job summary

ANUDIP FOUNDATION seeks a Subject Matter Expert – Electric Vehicle (EV) to design and deliver industry-oriented EV training for ITI students. The role includes conducting Train-the-Trainer programs for ITI faculty, developing modules, labs, assessments, and ensuring EV labs remain aligned with current industry practices.

The candidate will cover EV fundamentals, architecture, battery systems, BMS, motors, charging systems and safety, with hands-on demonstrations and travel to ITI colleges for

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant EV/Automotive/Electrical industry or training experience preferred.
• Prior experience in ITI, Polytechnic, Skill Development or vocational training will be an advantage.
• Experience in Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs is preferred.
• Strong practical EV knowledge and good communication skills.

Responsibilities
