Job summary

Birlasoft in Noida, India, is seeking a Subcontractor to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned JRs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. You will source candidates via portals, referrals, LinkedIn and direct sourcing, screen profiles against JD, skills, location, and budget, and coordinate L1/L2 interviews in SuccessFactors.

• Screening against JD, required skills, grade, location, and budget.
• Coordinate L1/L2 interviews in SuccessFactors and ensure timely feedback.
• Ensure interview governance and avoid duplicates; drive offer processes.
• Maintain accurate ATS and Excel data; ensure audit readiness.
• Track ageing, closures, and pipeline health.

• Drive offer rollout, approvals, and documentation as per BSL approval matrix.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, TSC Leads, vendors, and onboarding teams.
• Maintain accurate data updates in ATS (SuccessFactors) and ensure audit readiness.
• Track ageing, closures, and pipeline health for assigned demands.
