Job summary

Kushals Fashion Jewellery in Mangaluru invites applications for a retail sales associate to join our team.

You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable jewelry, handle queries, and work to support store targets. You’ll assist with deliveries, online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while keeping the store clean and inviting.

This role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum HSC or graduate with 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 20 and 35.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.
• Mentoring team members.
• Handling cash transactions and inventory.
• Proficiency with POS systems.

Requirements
