Job summary

Kushals Fashion Jewellery in Andhra Pradesh is hiring a retail sales associate to understand customer needs, recommend jewellery, and drive sales. You will handle queries, maintain store presentation, and support operations from deliveries to visual merchandising.

The role requires 2 years in retail, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude with grooming standards. Flexible shifts and teamwork are essential as you help achieve sales targets while upholding SOPs and theft-prevention

Qualifications

• Min HSC with 2 years of retail experience or graduates with 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 20 and 35 years.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Handle customer queries effectively and upscale complex issues.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including features and benefits.
• Communicate product value and support store sales targets.
• Stay updated on new collections and promotions.
• Adapt to shift timings, store requirements, and transfers within the cluster.
• Maintain punctuality and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store operations such as deliveries, online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and visually appealing.
• Follow SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Show sensitivity while addressing customer concerns and use good judgment in difficult situations.

Requirements

• ● Min HSC 2 years of retail experience/ Graduates with 2 years of experience in retail.

• ● Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships
