Job summary

Dream Ladder Consultancy is seeking a motivated Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through choosing and applying to international universities and programs.

You will counsel students on overseas options, assess backgrounds and goals, and support them through admission, documentation, and required forms. Maintain ongoing communication and keep CRM records up to date.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding overseas education options, courses, universities, and countries.
• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable programs.
• Guide students through the admission and application process.
• Assist with documentation, application forms, SOPs, and other admission requirements.
• Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
• Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, courses, and admission procedures.
• Achieve counselling and application-related targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly.
