Job summary

Edwise International is seeking dynamic Academic Counsellors to guide aspiring students through their overseas education journey. The role requires excellent communication and counselling skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping students achieve their study abroad goals.

Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply. You will counsel students on opportunities, universities, courses and career paths, and assist with admissions, visas and scholarships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Experience in overseas education or counselling will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses and career pathways.
• Guide students through admission, application, visa and scholarship processes.
• Assist with documentation, including SOPs, LORs, resumes and financial documents.
• Advise students on scholarship opportunities, eligibility and application requirements.
• Coordinate with students, universities and internal teams to ensure timely application processing.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on pending documents and payments.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars and other student engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
