Key Responsibilities

• Understand each students academic background, career goals, budget, and study preferences.


• Counsel students on suitable countries, universities, programmes, and study options.


• Explain admission requirements, application procedures, timelines, and related services clearly.


• Assist students with document collection, application preparation, and regular follow-ups.


• Maintain accurate student records and update application progress in a timely manner.


• Communicate with students, parents, universities, and internal team members professionally.


• Follow up with enquiries and support prospective students through the enrolment process.


• Participate in student events, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities when required.


• Stay updated on universities, programmes, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.


• Work closely with senior counsellors and other departments to ensure timely processing of applications.
