Job summary

ApplyMint in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through overseas education opportunities, assess profiles, and recommend suitable universities and programs. You will manage the admission process, assist with visa documentation, maintain records, and build ties with university partners, while meeting enrolment targets and promoting upcoming seminars and webinars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed; master’s preferred.
• Experience in study abroad consultancy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
• Knowledge of international education systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counselling to students for overseas opportunities.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.
• Guide students through the entire admission process (applications, SOPs, LORs, etc.).
• Assist with visa documentation and interview preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners.
• Stay updated on admission requirements, visa policies, and market trends.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment targets.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
