Job summary

KC Overseas Education in India seeks a motivated Jr. Counsellor/Counsellor to guide students through the process of studying abroad, including university shortlisting and guidance on scholarships and financing options.

You will coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processes, provide SOP/LOR/Resume support, and maintain follow-up mechanisms for high-quality student experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of overseas education experience.
• Experience with admissions processes for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, France, etc.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through their journey to find dream universities and conversion.
• Assist students with university shortlisting and course selection; guidance on scholarships and financing options.
• Set rigorous follow-up mechanisms with students.
• Set new benchmarks in student experiences and services.
• Provide real-time, high-quality counselling with the latest information.
• Be available daily to address concerns and coordinate with universities and internal teams.
• Assist with SOP analysis and improvements, LORs, resume editing, and financial documentation support.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure high-quality student experience and timely processes.
• Maintain reports showing progress on student conversions/targets.

Jr. Counsellor/Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Counsellor to join our team. As a Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in assisting students through the entire process of studying abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Guide students every step of their journey to discovering their dream university and ensure conversion.
• Assist students with university shortlisting and course selection, guidance on scholarships, financing options,& determine the interest, aptitude, and abilities
• Setting rigorous follow-up mechanisms with students
• Setting new benchmarks in student experiences and services
• Provide real-time, high-quality counselling services with the latest information to student.
• Be there for students on a daily basis to ensure their concerns are addressed and follow up with universities and internal teams to ensure their application process runs smoothly.
• Help the clients with SOP Analysis and Improvements, Assistance for LORs, Resume editing, and Financial Documentation Support.
• Manage internal support teams to ensure the overall student experience is of the highest quality and all timelines are met.
• Maintain reports showing progress on student conversions/target achievement
