Job summary

Career Craft Consultants India Pvt Ltd in Vadodara is seeking a target-driven counsellor to engage with students, convert inquiries into prospects, and advise on study abroad options, programs and university choices, based on qualifications.

You will maintain relations with universities and educational institutes in different countries, coordinate with coaching and visa teams, ensure accurate data records, and support orientations and information sessions if needed.

Qualifications

• Strong convincing, analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in talking to assigned raw data and converting them into prospects.
• Ability to counsel students regarding study abroad options, program requirements and university choices.

Responsibilities

• Talking to prospective clients and converting them into potential clients.
• Generating references from existing clients.
• Providing end-to-end process support including counselling about study abroad options and visa processes.
• Owning and hitting weekly and monthly targets within assigned leads.
• Maintaining relations with clients, universities and educational institutes across countries.
• Co-ordinating with other departments to streamline coaching, applications and visa processes.
• Maintaining accurate data of prospects and students.
• Conducting orientations and information sessions to educate students about study abroad opportunities.

• Ability of Handling Sales and Providing Counselling to the students Regarding study Abroad Options, Admission Requirements, in terms of Country, Programs and Universities on the basis of their Qualifications
• Giving Comprehensive support by offering end to end process assistance.
• Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly targets within assigned leads.
• Maintaining relations with Clients, Universities and Educational Institutes of different Countries
• Co-Ordinating with other departments to Streamline the process in regards with Coaching, applications and Visa Process of Applicants
• Maintaining accurate data of prospect and existing students.
• Conducting orientations and Informative sessions to educate student about the Study abroad opportunities if required
• Retaining the clients as and when required
