Job summary

UNIVO Education in Noida is hiring a motivated Sales Counsellor for its Study Abroad Pathways Program. You will guide prospective students and parents through program options, assist with university progression, and help learners achieve international education goals.

The role requires strong consultative sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping students succeed abroad. You will manage leads via calls, email, WhatsApp, and meetings, and work toward enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 1–5 years in education counseling, study abroad consulting, admissions, or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding study abroad pathway programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Understand student profiles and recommend pathway programs based on academic background, budget and career aspirations.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing objections.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture prospects throughout the decision-making process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Update and manage lead information accurately in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
• Participate in education fairs, webinars, school visits, and promotional events.
• Stay updated on destination countries, partner universities, visa processes, and market trends.
