upGrad in Noida is seeking a Direct Applications Counsellor – Study Abroad to guide students on overseas education options, understand their academic profile, career goals and preferences, and counsel on suitable universities, courses, intakes and study destinations.

You will provide guidance on the direct university application process, eligibility criteria and admission requirements; assist with documents and timelines; advise on fees, scholarships and budgeting; coordinate with university

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in study abroad / overseas education.
• Experience in student counselling or university recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication and counselling skills.
• Knowledge of overseas education markets (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education.
• Experience in student counselling and/or university recruitment is preferred.
• Good understanding of overseas education markets such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany and other key destinations.
• Strong knowledge of international universities, courses, admission processes and intakes.
• Excellent communication and counselling skills with the ability to understand student requirements and provide relevant guidance.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, CRM and basic analytics/metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with university and internal teams.
