Job summary

AECC Global invites a proactive Tele-counsellor to join our education consultancy in India. You will cold call students from a provided database to promote overseas education programs and handle inquiries via calls.

You will use scripts to present AECC Global’s services, bridge marketing with offline offices, and maintain records with CRM systems. A proven track record in meeting sales quotas and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a tele-counsellor or similar customer service role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs such as CRM software and telephone systems.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling students using a given database to pitch overseas education with the help of the dialer software.
• Answering incoming calls from candidates, our other offices, etc.
• Using scripts to provide information about the services provided and present the company in the best possible way
• To help bridge the gap between the marketing team and the offline offices
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Go the extra mile to meet the targets set by the company and facilitate the future goals
• Keep a record of the calls and record useful information
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the requirements of the calls
