Job summary

Gradding is seeking a customer-focused candidate to handle outbound and inbound calls with prospective study-abroad students in India. You will share initial information about courses, destinations and universities and coordinate with counsellors to advance leads.

You will update the CRM, schedule appointments, and maintain a positive, professional phone manner. Strong communication, coordination and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.
