Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 15 years of experience in Student Success, Program Coordination, Academic Operations, Customer Success, EdTech, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
• Experience with LMS / EdTech / Higher Education is an added advantage.
