About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive Student Support to manage the day-to-day academic and operational execution of university programs across partner campuses at USTU and HBSU.
The role will involve coordinating with university leadership, faculty, students, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery, academic operations, student engagement, and timely resolution of operational challenges. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and MIS skills, along with an understanding of higher education or EdTech operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Management & Execution
- Manage the day-to-day execution of university programs across partner campuses.
- Ensure smooth delivery of academic schedules, student activities, and key program milestones.
- Coordinate program launches, student orientations, and operational readiness.
- Support the successful implementation and scale-up of new university programs and partnerships.
- Ensure all program activities are executed as per defined timelines and processes.
2. Academic & Assessment Operations
- Coordinate with faculty and university teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
- Manage academic timetables, attendance, assessments, examinations, and result-related processes.
- Ensure timely availability of learning content, study material, and other academic resources.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address academic and operational issues impacting students.
- Monitor academic schedules and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
3. Student Support & Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for students and address their academic and operational queries.
- Monitor student engagement, attendance, participation, and overall program experience.
- Coordinate with internal and university teams to resolve student concerns within defined timelines.
- Identify recurring student issues and work towards improving the overall student experience.
- Support student communication related to academic schedules, assessments, examinations, and important program updates.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for partner university teams.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with university leadership, faculty, and administrative teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Academic Operations, Student Support, Technology, and other relevant functions.
- Ensure clear and timely communication between university and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively follow up on pending actions and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
5. Reporting, MIS & Process Management
- Track key program metrics such as enrollment, attendance, engagement, retention, and completion.
- Maintain accurate project trackers, student databases, and operational MIS.
- Prepare regular reports and provide timely updates to internal and university stakeholders.
- Use MS Excel to analyze data, track performance, and generate operational reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updating of program‑related information.
6. Problem Solving & Process Improvement
- Identify operational challenges and proactively work towards their resolution.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders while ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest practical improvements.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and student experience.
- Support standardization and implementation of best practices across programs.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Student Support, Academic Operations, Program Management, University Operations, or EdTech.
- Experience working with universities, colleges, higher education institutions, or EdTech organizations will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in managing academic operations, student lifecycle, university partnerships, or campus programs will be an added advantage.
