Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in international student recruitment or related roles.
• Proven B2B and B2C recruitment experience in the Indian market.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools, lead management, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English with proficiency in at least one regional Indian language.
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions.

Responsibilities

• Promote Dubai-based programs through school visits, education fairs, webinars, and information sessions.
• Counsel students and parents on courses, admissions, scholarships, and visa requirements.
• Generate, manage, and convert student leads through online and offline channels.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with education consultants, school counselors, and agency partners across India.
• Train and support partners on programs, admissions, scholarships, and student conversion strategies.
• Monitor partner performance, resolve operational challenges, and maintain strong partnerships.
• Support recruitment strategies for the Indian market to drive student enrollment.
• Maintain CRM records and track leads, conversions, and partner activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports, analyze market trends, and achieve enrollment targets.
