Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE or similar structural analysis software.
• Knowledge of Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience in foundation design, steel structures, equipment supporting structures, and buildings.
• Familiarity with wind, seismic, dynamic, and fatigue analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel, reinforced concrete, and composite structures.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, specifications, and engineering deliverables.
• Develop and review structural drawings, erection drawings, and connection details.

The Engineering manager (Structural) is responsible for the analysis, design, and detailing of steel, concrete, and composite structures for Datacenter projects. The role involves leading design activities, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior engineers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel, reinforced concrete, and composite structures.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, specifications, and engineering deliverables.
• Develop and review structural drawings, erection drawings, and connection details.
• Ensure designscomply withapplicable codes and standards such as IS, AISC, Eurocode, BS, and client specifications.
• Conduct design checks, peer reviews, and technical audits.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, piping, and project engineering teams.
• Review vendor documents and provide technical inputs.
• Resolve site engineering issues and provide construction support.
• Optimizestructural designs for safety, constructability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead small to medium-sized design projects and monitor schedule adherence.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.
• Participate in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Support proposals, estimation, and project execution activities.

Technical Skills

• ProficiencyinSTAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar structural analysis software.
• Knowledge of Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows.
• Experience in foundation design, steel structures, equipment supporting structures, and buildings.

• Ability to review and interpret geotechnical reports and project specifications.
