Job summary

Rishabh RPO is seeking a Senior Offshore Structural Engineer to lead a global team of engineers and deliver jacket and FPSO analyses across FEED to EPC phases.

You will coordinate with clients and operating centers, perform in-place, fatigue, and loadout analyses, review drawings, and mentor junior staff while ensuring projects meet schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Graduate engineer with core civil/structural background.
• Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's preferred.
• 10-15 years offshore structural experience preferred, 7+ years relevant offshore experience.
• Experience with FEED to EPC phases is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers/designers and coordinate with clients and global operating centers.
• Perform offshore structural analysis and design.
• Review interdisciplinary drawings and support proposals.
• Resource planning and technical leadership across FEED to EPC.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers; manage manhour estimates.
