Prop Architect invites an experienced Structural Engineer to lead structural design and execution for premium residential villa projects. The role demands strong technical expertise, on-site coordination, and a quality-driven approach aligned with architect-led construction.

You will develop designs with Staad Pro and ETABS, prepare structural drawings, review external consultant drawings, and supervise critical on-site milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural designs using Staad Pro & ETABS software.
• Develop structural drawings.
• Drawing Review: analyze and review external consultant drawings for feasibility and alignment with architectural intent.
• Detailing: verify reinforcement detailing, structural connections, and foundation designs against soil reports.
• Structural Supervision: oversee on-site milestones like excavation, shoring, PCC, RCC casting, and steel works.
• Pre-Concreting Inspections: check formwork stability, line, level, and reinforcement before pours.
• Quality Assurance: implement material testing protocols on-site (concrete slump tests, cube casting, steel grade checks, waterproofing admixtures).

Hiring an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team for the design and execution of premium residential villa projects.

The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and a quality-driven approach aligned with architect-led construction.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop structural designs using Staad Pro & ETABS software.
• Develop structural drawings.

Drawing Review: Thoroughly analyze and review structural drawings provided by external consultants to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with architectural intent.

Detailing: Verify reinforcement detailing, structural connections, and foundation designs against site-specific soil investigation reports.

• Structural Supervision: Oversee critical milestones on-site, including excavation, shoring, PCC, RCC casting, and structural steel works.
• Pre-Concreting Inspections: Conduct rigorous checks on formwork/shuttering stability, line, level, and reinforcement placement (including Bar Bending Schedules) before authorizing concrete pours.
• Quality Assurance: Implement strict material testing protocols on-site (e.g., concrete slump tests, cube casting, checking steel grades, and managing waterproofing admixtures).Role & responsibilities
