Vyom in Delhi seeks a Structural Design Engineer to lead design and analysis of complex structural systems, ensuring safety and high quality across projects. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires coordinating multiple projects from concept to execution, selecting suitable materials, and driving cost-efficient value engineering while upholding IS codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems using advanced engineering tools.
• Ensure structural integrity, safety, and cost-efficiency across all projects.
• Review and validate calculations, drawings, and models prepared by junior engineers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Recommend suitable materials (steel, RCC, PT, etc.) based on project requirements and budget.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising safety.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant IS codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct technical audits and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and resolve structural issues during execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and design team members.
• Review their work and support skill development.
