Job summary

Pahwa Group in Delhi invites a skilled Structural Design Engineer to join our team. You will perform analysis and design for RCC, steel, and composite structures for residential building projects, prepare design drawings, and coordinate with architects, site teams, and project managers.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience, a B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering, and strong knowledge of IS codes and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in structural design.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures and foundation design.
• Experience with IS codes and international standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for RCC, steel, and composite structures.
• Review structural design drawings, calculation reports, and BOQs.
• Ensure designs comply with IS codes, building by-laws, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers for seamless execution.
• Review and approve structural shop drawings submitted by contractors/vendors.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to approved design and quality standards.
• Keep updated with new design software, materials, and construction technologies.

Role Overview:

The role involves designing safe, sustainable, and cost-effective structural systems for residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, preparation of design drawings, coordination with architects, site teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for RCC, steel, and composite structures in building projects.
