Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager – Structural Design with strong expertise in RCC and building structures. The role involves leading design projects, managing teams, ensuring compliance with international codes, and delivering high‑quality structural engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare schematic and detailed structural designs including calculations and drawings
• Lead and manage a team of detailers and engineers
• Oversee design of steel, RCC, composite, wood, and light gauge structures
• Ensure quality checks of design outputs and 3D models
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for project execution
• Manage project estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery
• Ensure compliance with international design standards and codes

Must‑Have Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in structural design (building structures preferred)
• Strong expertise in RCC (Reinforced Concrete) design
• Hands‑on experience with ETABS / STAAD Pro / SAFE (any 1–2)
• Knowledge of US Codes: ACI / AISC / ASCE
• Experience in team handling and project management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
