Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Structural Engineers with strong exposure to international design standards and multidisciplinary project environments to join our teams in Noida and Chennai. The ideal candidates should possess deep technical knowledge of structural design principles, analytical modeling, and coordination across global projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure projects in compliance with international standards (e.g., BS, Eurocode, ACI, ASCE).
• Develop and review design calculations, models, drawings, and reports.
• Work collaboratively with architects, MEP, and geotechnical teams for integrated design solutions.
• Coordinate with global design offices and international clients for design deliverables and quality assurance.
• Review and validate structural drawings, GA plans, and reinforcement detailing.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, Revit Structure, and relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of international codes (BS, Eurocode, ACI, ASCE, etc.) and Indian Standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working on global design projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Background

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, industrial, or data center projects with international clients.
• Prior work experience with multinational design consultancy firms will be an added advantage.
