🕹 Role Overview

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all structural engineering aspects of projects—from concept to completion. You will work closely with sales, project, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and project teams by providing structural feasibility and design guidance
• Develop and review structural designs for process modules and skids
• Perform and review complex structural analysis using advanced tools
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, AISC, API, etc.)
• Lead structural engineering activities, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and quality audits
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and lessons learned

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant structural engineering experience
• Strong expertise in structural analysis and CAD tools
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, RISA, or equivalent software
• Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
