You will develop high‑quality FE models in Hypermesh, conduct durability studies and failure investigations, and collaborate with design teams to implement robust, optimized solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• M.Tech in Mechanical / Structural / Design Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on CAE/FEA-based design verification experience.
• Strong fundamentals in FEA, Strength of Materials, and Theory of Machines.
• Proficient in Abaqus (advanced nonlinear analysis) and Recurdyn (MBD).
• Meshing with Hypermesh (2D midsurface and 3D tetra/hex).
• Experience in structural analysis, durability studies and failure investigation.
• Ability to interpret results and suggest design improvements.
• Exposure to structural optimization techniques and performance enhancement.
• Background from reputed MNCs preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

The role involves performing advanced non-linear structural analysis, durability assessments, and failure investigation for components and sub‑assemblies. You will work closely with design teams to improve product performance, reliability, and efficiency using simulation-driven insights.

• Apply structural optimization techniques to enhance performance and reliability.
• Support vibration analysis (Ansys – optional) and other advanced simulations as needed.

Requirements
