Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how we expand and operate across the globe. You’ll build scalable processes, lead core infrastructure projects, and identify priority initiatives to accelerate growth while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

You’ll partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams, use data to inform decisions, and own end-to-end projects from concept to delivery.

• 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller parts.
• Enjoys working with data and has a curious mindset.
• Interest in the financial industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
• To enjoy working with data
• Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
• An interest in the financial industry

Nice to have

• Experience coding with SQL, Python, or R
