Job summary

Revolut, a leading fintech, seeks a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager to translate high-level strategy into rigorous financial blueprints that fuel global growth. You will advise the CFO and Executive Committee, directing capital to priority areas and bridging data with strategic insights.

You will shape investment plans, KPI definitions, and cross-country analyses, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Credit and Savings to drive value while leveraging AI tools for performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analysis consulting, or strategic/ commercial finance roles at a top-tier tech company.
• Excellent financial modelling, financial analysis, and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional, high-growth environments.
• The ability to solve complex problems and produce impeccable reports and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translating company-wide and departmental strategies from high-level roadmaps into complex, ambitious financial plans.
• Allocating capital and approving strategic investments across departments, like Marketing, Sales, Credit, Savings, etc.
• Developing insightful analysis to understand performance across countries, user segments, and promotional campaigns.
• Creating structured approaches to determine how much we spend on marketing and which KPIs drive incentives.
• Deciding which financial and growth metrics to set as KPIs to maximize performance.
• Using and creating AI-driven tools to automate and enhance financial performance monitoring.
• Working on high-impact projects with the CFO.

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager to turn high-level vision into the rigorous financial blueprints that fuel our global growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Executive Committee, guiding capital to where it matters most and bridging complex data with high-impact strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translating company-wide and departmental strategies from high-level roadmaps into complex, ambitious financial plans
• Allocating capital and approving strategic investments across departments, like Marketing, Sales, Credit, Savings, etc.
• Developing insightful analysis to understand performance across countries, user segments, and promotional campaigns
• Creating structured approaches to determine how much we spend on marketing, the performance of business units, what direct P&L we track, etc.
• Deciding which financial and growth metrics to set as KPIs to set incentives and maximise performance
• Using and creating AI-driven tools to automate and enhance financial performance monitoring
• Working on high-impact projects with the CFO

What You’ll Need

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analysis consulting, or strategic/commercial finance roles at a top-tier tech company
• Excellent financial modelling, financial analysis, and data analysis skills
• A proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional, high-growth environments
• The ability to solve complex problems and produce impeccable reports and frameworks

Nice to have

• Experience in retail banking
• A CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry certification
