Revolut is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how we expand and operate across the globe, turning insights into scalable processes and delivering better outcomes for our customers. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and own end‑to‑end initiatives from definition through delivery.

You will lead core infrastructure projects, identify priorities, set timelines, and manage critical vendor relationships while building robust performance tracking systems to drive ongoing

Qualifications

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in coding with SQL, Python, or R.
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
• A skill to break complex problems into smaller ones.
• Enjoyable data‑driven work.
• An interest in the financial industry.
