Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive and scale crypto product operations, ensuring regulatory alignment across regions. The role involves partnering with Eng, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury to deliver efficient, compliant processes for real-time crypto initiatives.

You will own end-to-end projects, push for operational excellence, and support market expansions while staying aligned with Revolut’s mission to simplify money for 75+ million customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles.
• Track record of owning projects end-to-end and delivering outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable using Excel or SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning key operational processes for crypto products
• Leading new initiatives, from concept through execution, across Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury
• Designing scalable, resilient processes that meet compliance and regulatory standards across multiple regions
• Collaborating with internal and external partners (e.g., crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, custodians, etc.)
• Monitoring and improving key performance metrics for crypto operations and product health
• Supporting new market launches and adapting crypto operations to jurisdictional requirements
• Researching best practices in the market and recommending innovations for our roadmap
• Partnering with Product Managers to influence prioritisation and customer experience

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments
• A track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in ambiguity
• A data-driven mindset and to comfortable using tools like Excel or SQL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems (products, infrastructure, regulatory landscape)

Nice to have

• Experience working on crypto, digital asset, or fintech products
• Exposure to regulated environments, especially in financial services and crypto
