About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee our inventory operations and ensure seamless material flow across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store activities, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Control

Own end-to-end inventory accuracy through regular audits and system updates.
Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Leverage data to generate actionable inventory reports and drive efficiency.

Store & Material Handling

Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and issuance of all materials.
Enforce proper documentation (GRNs, MRNs, MRS) and storage practices.
Proactively raise purchase requests based on stock thresholds.
Drive seamless coordination with suppliers, vendors, and transporters.
Resolve delivery issues swiftly to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Streamline inbound and outbound material flow across departments.

Skills Required:

Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools (ERP knowledge is a must).
