About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a strategic role in enhancing employee experience, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll, driving learning initiatives, and leading recruitment efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Employee Engagement & Welfare: Foster a positive work culture by implementing engagement initiatives, conducting feedback surveys, and addressing employee concerns effectively.
Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure organizational adherence to all applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies. Manage audits, maintain documentation, and stay updated on regulatory changes.
Payroll & Incentives: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing and incentive disbursements while resolving any payroll-related queries.
Learning & Development: Design and implement targeted training and development programs to build employee capabilities and support career growth.
Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of experience in an HRBP or similar generalist role.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience in payroll, employee engagement, training, and recruitment.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High standards of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
