Job summary

Octillion Power Systems is seeking a warehouse professional to manage receiving, storage and movement of goods. You will maintain SAP-based stock ledgers, prepare daily GRN, and ensure accurate documentation for purchases and issues.

The role requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a focus on FIFO and 5S in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee dispatch activities and ensure store area safety and tidiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, documentation and movement.
• Exposure to SAP MM module and stock control processes.
• Ability to prepare daily GRN and maintain stock records.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving goods, storage, documentation and internal movement.
• Prepare daily GRN and ensure SAP entries are accurate.
• Maintain stock ledger and daily stock reports for purchases and issues.
• Ensure FIFO, 5S, and safe, clean store area with proper housekeeping.
• Coordinate dispatch activities and related documentation.
• Check alignment of materials with purchase orders and invoices.

Job description

• 1. Expertise in completing Warehouse Operations such as Receiving Goods, Storage, Documentation, Systems Implementation, and Inside/Outside Movement.
• 2. Good interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills.
• 3. Exposure in implementation of SAP MM Module.
• 4. Preparation daily GRN.
• 5. Daily entry of issue slips in SAP.
• 6. Maintain stock ledger in SAP.
• 7. Maintain day to day stock report for purchase and issue material.
• 8. Checking with Invoice in purchase orders.
• 9. Identification of all material in store.
• 10. To ensure safe keeping both as to quality & quantity of material.
• 11. Proper inventory stock tacking end of the month.
• 12. Maintain the FIFO system in store.
• 13. Maintain the 5s in store department.
• 14. Ensure the store area is kept clean and tidy and free from hazards.
• 15. Responsible of all material handling equipment are in good condition.
• 16. Proper loading and unloading (Material) in store department.
• 17. Dispatch activity & documentation.
