Job summary

Shashwath Solution in India is seeking an inventory coordinator for site stores handling construction materials. You will manage stock, document receipts, issue materials, and maintain records.

Responsibilities include coordinating with purchasing and site engineers for forecasting, ensuring safe storage of cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, and MEP goods, and keeping stock registers up to date in logbooks and software where used.

• Manage and maintain the site store inventory for construction materials
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials as per delivery challans and POs
• Issue materials as per site requisitions and maintain proper documentation
• Monitor stock levels and generate material request notes (MRNs) when required
• Coordinate with the purchase team and site engineers for material forecasting and planning
• Ensure safe storage and handling of materials including cement, steel, electrical items, plumbing, and MEP goods
• Maintain accurate records in the stock register, daily logbook, and inventory software (if applicable)
