Job summary

GAJRA DEVELOPERS seeks an experienced Storekeeper to manage material receipt, storage, inventory, and issue activities at our construction site in Navi Mumbai. You will maintain stock registers, verify stock through regular checks, and ensure safe, organized storage.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in storekeeping within construction, strong record-keeping skills, and familiarity with MS Excel and ERP systems. Coordination with Purchase, Site, and Accounts teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Good knowledge of building materials and construction tools.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Purchase, Site, and Accounts teams.

• Coordinate with the Purchase and Site Teams for material requirements.
• Control material flow through proper receipt, storage, and issue procedures.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory records accurately.
• Monitor material availability and inform the concerned team about shortages and requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of material movements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically to avoid damage or loss.
• Coordinate with site teams for timely issuance of required materials.
