Job summary

GAJRA DEVELOPERS at the Navi Mumbai construction site seeks an experienced Storekeeper to manage material receipt, storage, inventory, and issue activities. You will maintain stock records, coordinate with Purchase and Site Teams, and ensure proper documentation for all material movements.

Applicants should have 3–7 years in storekeeping, strong knowledge of building materials and tools, and excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. On-site work at Shilphata, Navi Mumbai is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Good knowledge of building materials and construction tools.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels through regular stock checks and physical verification.
• Handle and maintain records of building materials, construction tools, and site-related materials.
• Organize and maintain the store layout for easy access, proper storage, and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Site Teams for material requirements.
• Control material flow through proper receipt, storage, and issue procedures.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory records accurately.
• Monitor material availability and inform the concerned team about shortages and requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of material movements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically to avoid damage or loss.
• Coordinate with site teams for timely issuance of required materials.

Candidate Requirements
