Job summary

Aum Staffing Services seeks a warehouse coordinator to manage inventory, prepare MIS reports, and ensure timely reports such as daily/weekly/monthly stock and dispatch data. Responsibilities include FIFO, 5S, layout optimization, preservation and storage, receipts and issuances, and coordinating transport for ready-to-dispatch materials.

The role emphasizes accuracy, record-keeping, and coordination with logistics to maintain smooth operations in Gurugram area.

• Arranging suitable transportation for ready to dispatch materials.

Job description

Making various reports on daily/weekly & monthly basis, MIS related shortage Report, Critical Items report.Preparing daily dispatch report, schedule V/s Dispatch reports & maintain record of the same.Making Monthly opening closing stock reports
