Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a Retail Store Sales or Marketing Role or any other related field
• Fresher or minimum 2-year experience in Retail Store Sales can also apply
• Understanding of the Retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures and basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments and work various shifts
• High school degree, with a BSc, BBA, or MBA in Marketing and Sales or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is a plus.

• Rechecking orders, collecting money, and tendering the right change
• Packing all orders neatly and thanking customers with a smile
• Keeping the POS dispatch register ready
• Keeping the right denominations of currency and coins and filling all racks with sculptures
• Verifying demo pieces of sculptures for minor damages daily
• Updating the head office status at specific times and checking and verifying the current stock status every day
• Maintaining a flexible schedule to work on weekends and holidays
