Job summary

TeamLease is hiring a Sales Promoter in Kerala to engage walk-in customers and demonstrate Atomberg products, driving awareness and purchases.

You will meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, maintain product visibility, and coordinate with store staff during promotions and activations. In-hand salary ₹17k–₹25k per month plus incentives up to ₹5k.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sales Promoter / Demonstrator in Modern Trade or Large Format Stores.
• Exposure to consumer durables or electrical appliances is an added advantage.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling.
• Maintain product visibility, correct placement, shelf hygiene, and planogram adherence.
• Support execution of in-store promotions, brand activations, and coordinate with store staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales, stock status, competitor activity, and adhere to company SOPs and grooming standards.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling.
• Maintain product visibility, correct placement, shelf hygiene, and planogram adherence.
• Support execution of in-store promotions, brand activations, and coordinate with store staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales, stock status, competitor activity, and adhere to company SOPs, attendance, and grooming standards. ISP Profile Checkpoints

Expected In-hand Salary: 17,000 25,000ctc per month.

• Sales Incentives: 3,000 – 5,000 per month (linked to target achievement).
