Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India seeks a Stores/Inventory Executive to manage stores activities and ensure timely material dispatch. The role involves ledger maintenance, ERP data entry, and coordination with QA, packing, production, and purchasing teams.

The incumbent will maintain inventory at target levels, track daily consumption, and ensure accurate stock records in the ERP system. Experience in the engineering industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned stores related activities independently.
• Deliver sub-contracting materials to vendors on time and maintain ledger.
• Dispatch materials to sub-contractors after following the procedure.
• Prepare e-way bill in the system.
• Maintain material receipts, issues and returns.
• Keep store inventory within the desired level.
• Coordinate with QA, Packing, Production and Purchase.
• Record daily material consumption and verify with stock in ERP.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of material and dispatch.
• Enter store dispatch details in ERP on time.
• Ensure timely dispatch consignments to suppliers and vendors.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superior.

Role & responsibilities:

3. 3. To timely dispatch the material at desired sub-contractor after adhering to the procedure.
4. 4. To prepare e-way bill in the system.
5. 5. Material receipts, issues and return to be maintained.
6. 6. Ensure the store inventory is maintained within the desired level.
7. 7. Coordination with other departments like QA, Packing, Production and purchase.
8. 8. Ensure daily material consumption & entry in the ERP system to verify it with actual stock.
9. 9. Coordinate loading and unloading of material as well as dispatch material.
10. 10. Ensure timely entry of stores dispatch details in ERP System.
11. 11. Timely & proper execution of all dispatch consignments to suppliers & vendors.
12. 12. Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates must have an Experience in Engineering Industry.
