Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Stores Executive for an engineering industry setting in Panvel, Maharashtra. The role involves handling assigned stores activities, maintaining ERP records, and ensuring stock levels are within the desired range.

You'll coordinate with QA, packing, production and purchasing, prepare e-way bills, manage receipts, issues and dispatches to vendors and sub-contractors, and ensure timely data entry in ERP. Candidates with engineering industry experience are preferred.

• Engineering industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned stores activities independently.
• Deliver sub-contracting materials to vendors and maintain ledger.
• Dispatch materials to sub-contractors after adhering to procedure.
• Prepare e-way bill in the system.
• Maintain material receipts, issues and returns.
• Maintain store inventory within desired levels.
• Coordinate with QA, Packing, Production and Purchase.
• Record daily material consumption in ERP and verify with stock.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of material and dispatch material.
• Ensure timely entry of store dispatch details in ERP.
• Timely execution of all dispatch consignments to suppliers & vendors.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior.

10. 10. Ensure timely entry of stores dispatch details in ERP System.
11. 11. Timely & proper execution of all dispatch consignments to suppliers & vendors.
12. 12. Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates must have an Experience in Engineering Industry.
