Xpheno is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our Bengaluru showroom operations, drive profitable sales, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. You will lead the showroom team, monitor KPIs, manage inventory and pricing, and report performance to the leadership.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in automotive sales, excellent people skills, and hands-on experience with CRM/DMS systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience managing an automotive showroom/dealership.
• Experience in pre-owned/used vehicle or two-wheeler sales preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong team management, communication, and customer-handling skills.
