Job summary

Decon Management Services is seeking a diligent Stores/Logistics executive to handle inbound material quality, quantity, and documentation. Responsible for stock control, FIFO adherence for RM/PM/FG, and despatch planning within the plant.

You will coordinate with transporters, suppliers, QC, Purchase and Accounts to resolve non-conformities and ensure accurate despatches and stock reconciliation, while following SOPs and maintaining team cohesion.

Responsibilities

• Inward material quality, quantity and documents checked.
• Coordinate with transporter, supplier, QC, Purchase & Accounts to close non-conformities.
• Maintain stores layout with proper FIFO for RM, PM, FG & rejections.
• Daily stock monitoring and setting reorder levels.
• Coordinate with transporter and Purchase for purchases and incoming material.
• Issue material within plant as per requisitions (FIFO).
• Maintain finished goods (FG) stocks.
• Plan despatches and coordinate with transporters; invoicing and related paperwork for domestic & export.
• Monthly stock taking and reconciliation of stock quantities.
• Ensure all dept activities adhere to SOPs.
• All internal logistics within plant and locally.
• Maintain ERP records of the department.
• Maintain healthy work environment and teamwork within the dept.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible & accountable for:

1. 1. Monitoring all inward material with regards to quality, quantity & correctness of all documents.
2. 2. Coordination with transporter, supplier, QC, Purchase & Accounts dept. to close loop all issues related to non-conformities of incoming material.
3. 3. Maintaining all the material in the Stores dept. with regards to material categories, proper lay-out, principles of FIFO- applicable for RM,PM,FG & rejection.
4. 4. Daily monitoring of all stocks & reorder levels thereof.
5. 5. Coordination with transporter & Purchase dept. for all purchases & incoming material.
6. 6. Issuing material within plant as per requisitions ( FIFO )
7. 7. Maintaining all FG stocks.
8. 8. Planning despatches, coordination with transporters, invoicing & all other related paperwork with regards to domestic & export sales. Ensuring correctness of all despatches.
9. 9. Monthly stock taking of all materials & reconciliation of stock quantities.
10. 10. Ensuring that all activities of the dept. adhere to SOPs.
11. 11. All internal logistics within plant & locally.
12. 12. All ERP records of the dept.
13. 13. Maintaining healty work environment & teamwork withing the dept.
