LENSKART STORE MANAGER

Location: Pune, Goa & Nagpur

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage store operations, drive sales, lead the team and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly business targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
• Manage daily store operations, inventory, cash and POS activities.
• Ensure adherence to Lenskart SOPs and operational standards.
• Monitor sales, conversion, customer satisfaction and store performance.
• Plan shifts and ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain store hygiene, product display and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure eye-checkup processes are followed as per SOP.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in retail sales/operations.
• Prior team-handling/store management experience preferred.

Compensation

Up to 5.4 LPA + Incentives, depending on experience and interview performance.
