Job Description: Store Manager Lenskart Store

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Lenskart store operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for overall store performance, team management, sales growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Management

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  
• Maintain store hygiene, product display, and visual merchandising standards
  
• Manage inventory, stock availability, and timely replenishment
  

Sales & Performance

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive overall business growth
  
• Monitor store KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance
  
• Guide and motivate the sales team for consistent results
  

Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalations
  
• Provide accurate product knowledge on frames, lenses & offers
  
• Supervise eye-testing process and ensure service quality
  

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and train store staff
  
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and discipline
  
• Conduct coaching sessions for performance improvement
  

Reporting & Compliance

• Manage billing accuracy, cash handling & daily reports
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
  
• Coordinate with Area Manager & central teams as required
  

Training:

• Mandatory 22 days of functional training at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
  
• Training includes product knowledge, sales process, store operations, customer handling & eye testing
  
• Salary starts from Day 1 of training
