Job summary

Enrich is seeking a Store Executive/Store Manager/Store Head in Pune with 1 to 5+ years in a managerial role to oversee salon operations and drive performance. The role includes staff scheduling, inventory management, customer service, and strategic marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

The ideal candidate will lead a capable salon team, ensure a clean and compliant work environment, and deliver reports on performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5+ years in a managerial role.
• 12th Pass, Graduate or MBA.
• Retail, Telecom, Hospitality, Aviation, Beauty & Personal Care, FMCG, Gems & Jewelry, Textile & Apparel, Salon background.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate the salon team to meet and exceed performance goals and service standards.
• Ensure the salon environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain high levels of performance and professional development.
• Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and services to keep the salon competitive.
